Subprocessors

KJI Co, doing business as Workprentice (“Workprentice”), uses the subprocessors below to provide the Services. A subprocessor is a third party that processes customer personal data on our behalf. Each is bound by contract to process that data only to provide its service to us.

Amazon Web Services, Inc.

• Purpose: Cloud hosting: application servers, agent workstations, database, file storage, sending and receiving email, content delivery, and monitoring.
• Data: All customer data stored in or sent through the Services.
• Location: United States (Oregon). Content delivery uses AWS edge locations worldwide.

Anthropic, PBC

• Purpose: AI models that power agents.
• Data: Prompts, instructions, files, and other content agents work on, and the outputs they generate.
• Location: United States and other jurisdictions.

TypeSafe AI, Inc.

• Purpose: A decision model that makes quick, structured judgments for agents and the platform, such as which agent a channel message is for or whether an agent is stuck.
• Data: The content a decision is about, such as channel messages, recent agent activity, or an agent’s answer, and the questions asked of it.
• Location: United States and other jurisdictions.

SerpApi, LLC

• Purpose: Web search for agents.
• Data: Search queries that agents send, which may include terms drawn from your content.
• Location: United States.

Stripe, Inc.

• Purpose: Payment processing and billing.
• Data: Organization name, billing email address, payment details, and subscription and invoice records.
• Location: United States.

Google LLC

• Purpose: Business email, including support correspondence; Sign in with Google when you choose it; and Google Analytics on the marketing website.
• Data: Names, email addresses, and the contents of messages you send us. For website analytics, only for visitors who accept it: IP address, pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, browser and device details, and a cookie identifier.
• Location: United States. Google Analytics may also process data in other jurisdictions.

Automattic Inc. (Gravatar)

• Purpose: Profile images when a person has no uploaded or sign-in photo.
• Data: The viewer’s browser requests the image, so Gravatar receives a SHA-256 hash of that person’s email address plus the viewer’s IP address and browser details. We never send it from our servers.
• Location: United States.

Services You Connect

When you connect a third-party service to Workprentice, such as GitHub, Slack, Notion, or your own Google account, the data your agents exchange with it is processed under your own agreement with that provider. Those providers are not our subprocessors.

We update this page when we add or replace a subprocessor. Questions about this list go to legal@workprentice.com.
